    research assistants working on various aspects of my research. Trained students on qualitative methods for

    research. Mentored students around professional goals including applications to graduate school.

  • Course Supervisor for ISB 208L: Applications in Biological Sciences in the Center for Integrative Studies

    in General Science: Supervised 12 graduate teaching assistants teaching 35 lab sections for ~1200 student.

    Held weekly lab meetings designed to train instructors on pedagogical strategies for teaching. Held bi-

    weekly meetings with individual teaching assistants to support their instructional practice and professional

    development.

  • Mentor/Trainer for International Teaching Assistant Orientation: Facilitated a cohort of international
