Welcome! I am Dr. Tazin Daniels, an educational developer, strategic consultant, and executive coach with 20 years of experience in higher education. I have had the privilege of helping dozens of mission-driven institutions improve their policies and practices through speaking engagements, interactive workshops, curriculum development, one-on-one coaching and strategic planning. The world is not yet free from systems of oppression like racism, sexism, and ablism — and neither are the classrooms and workplaces where these inequities can be unintentionally exacerbated. I help my clients learn how to critically and proactively consider issues of student identities, backgrounds, and experiences in all of their teaching.
